Quite often, difficulty falling asleep can be related to stress and elevated nighttime cortisol levels. Test Requirements
The ZRT Sleep Balance Profile requires four timed urine collections – first and second morning urine then an evening and nighttime collection. All collections are dried onto paper cards provided in the kit. Please read all instructions carefully before collecting samples. Make sure that the urine has adequate time to dry on the cards before enclosing them in the kit for mailing.
